I would like to share my experience of buying land in Sardinia. Having paid for a building plot with full planning permission and paid the bucalossi, we had the build blocked by the Forestry and my husband and I have been denounced. The notaio checked everything and yet we now have a plot that is at the moment worthless. The hearings by the local magistrate are continually postponed to another date months in the future with no details from the authorities, no reasons given. It completely passes my understanding how this could happen in a European country. Help from anyone who knows what we can do would be helpful. Our lawyer in Sardinia seems not to question the magistrate
